MODAFORMA is an independent design firm, solely owned and operated by Carrie Cantwell, that
produces powerful, effective, unique visual solutions. MODAFORMA offers a wide range of design
services, including corporate identity and branding strategy, logo and collateral design, illustration,
print design, web design and consultation.

About Carrie

Carrie has worked as a graphic and web designer since 1998. She eats, drinks, dreams and lives
design. She is a highly creative person whose design skills have earned her international recognition.

She honed her web design skills at BellSouth from 1998 to 2004. She not only designed and built
significant portions of BellSouth.net's ISP web portal, but was also an integral part of its launch.

In 2004, she was featured on National Public Radio’s (NPR) program “All Things Considered” for her
Get Out The Vote poster design. In 2006, her work was recognized by AIGA — her professional
association — in an international exhibition. Her designs have been featured in an exhibit at the
Museum of Design (MODA).
Some of her work is on display and may be purchased at several
Atlanta art galleries.

She won second place for Film Production Design in the Atlanta 48 Hour Film Festival in 2005. Her
name appears as graphic designer on The Internet Movie Database and in the credits for several
feature films, including ATL, Broken Bridges, One Missed Call and Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married?

She currently has a U.S. patent pending for an Interactive Entertainment Television Database Design.
She is also known for her outstanding writing skills; many of her articles have been published both
online and in print.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Cum Laude in Graphic Design from Georgia State University as well
as a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in English from the University of Florida. She holds a Master’s
Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University. She currently holds
professional membership in the American Institute of Graphic Artists (AIGA).
