Carrie has more than twelve years of experience creating beautiful design.

She has owned her own design studio since 2002. She was recently published in a college art textbook by Pat Benincasa — Art Student Field Guide: How to Trust Your Informed Creative Self, Recognize Opportunities & Identify Challenges.

Carrie was featured on the National Public Radio (NPR) program “All Things Considered” for her 2004 presidential election poster design, and the poster was displayed on NPR’s home page. During the 2008 Democratic and Republican National Conventions, her presidential election poster design was displayed in the Denver Art Museum in Colorado, the Walker Art Center in Minnesota, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts' (AIGA) National Design Center in New York. Her work was also displayed on the JumboTrons at both conventions.

She has a U.S. patent pending for an Interactive Entertainment Television Database design.

She won second place for Film Production Design in the 2005 Atlanta 48 Hour Film Festival. Her name appears as the graphic designer on The Internet Movie Database and in the credits for the feature films Mean Girls 2, ATL, Broken Bridges, One Missed Call and Why Did I Get Married?

From 1998 to 2004, she was part of a twelve-person team that launched BellSouth.net, which offered online content such as news stories, sports scores, online games, movie trailers, short films and online shopping. Carrie designed and built the entertainment section of the site; seleted content providers such as Atom Films and ABC and managed the business relationships with the providers, and integrated their content into the BellSouth web site.

Carrie was featured in the AIGA 2006 "Inequality Matters" international exhibition. Her work has been displayed at the Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) as well as several Atlanta art galleries.

Ms. Cantwell holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Cum Laude in Graphic Design, a Bachelor of Arts Cum Laude in English, and a Master’s Certification in Project Management. She has been a professional member of AIGA since 2003.
